MEDICAL MISSION 2024

Our goal is to provide health care to over 2,000 people from underserved communities who have no access to health services. We will deliver: Pain management, pediatrics, nephrology, prenatal screening and preventative health care.
To maximize efforts, we will be joining the non profit organization: Surgical Volunteers International

Projects 2023
In September 2023, Prescribing Life Foundation, in collaboration with Surgical Volunteers International, the Lions Club of Penonomé, and the Panamanian government, successfully conducted a comprehensive medical mission that touched the lives of 1,222 individuals in Penonomé, Panama.
Our dedicated team of medical professionals offered a wide range of essential services, including: Pain management consultations, Sonograms for expectant mothers, Pediatric care, Distribution of vital medications, Various other critical medical services, reconstructive surgeries for children and adults.
This mission represents a significant step towards improving healthcare access in the region. The success of this initiative was made possible through the generous support of our donors and the collaborative efforts of our partners.

Christmas for the elderly
Help us give a beautiful Christmas day in 2022 to 100 homeless senior citizens. Providing: Christmas dinner, games, live music, entertainment and presents.

Embracing abused children
Providing educational supplies, clothing and transportation for the Center of the Hearth home, where female children are giving care education and psychological support.

Medical Mission 2022
In September 2022 more than 2000 people were treated for diverse medical conditions and more than 50 reconstructive surgeries were performed in the last medical mission.

Water well and filtration system
A state of the art water filtration system was delivered to the Jiw community in Colombia, making possible to have access to clean water to more than 120 people.

Education for everyone
Laptops were delivered to children part of the Science-Bot program. An initiative created to educated about environmental technology .

Physical Therapy for Orphans
Physical therapy for orphans who have no access to a complete program. Improving chances of mobility as well as their quality of life.
