Prescribing Life Foundation exists to bring health and education to those in greatest need. We not only directly provide these vital services but also coordinate a unified effort with non-profits, volunteers, private corporations, and government partners to ensure our solutions are sustainable.

2025
Panamá - Penonomé
From August 22nd to August 31st, we successfully completed a transformative 10-day medical mission.
Our dedicated team of international volunteers—including doctors, psychologists, and therapists—worked tirelessly to provide essential care and medication. We delivered cutting-edge treatments for over 1,200 children and adults suffering from neurological illnesses and chronic pain, significantly improving their quality of life.
Beyond medical treatment, we also hosted engaging workshops designed to empower the next generation. We reached over 700 children and teenagers, strengthening their leadership abilities and emotional intelligence.
El Salvador - San Salvador
From October 18th to October 25th, we successfully conducted an impactful medical mission. This effort was significantly enhanced by the kind invitation and support of the Ministry of Health of El Salvador.
Over the course of eight days, our dedicated team provided specialized care to 821 people. Our focus was on pain management and neurological disorders, offering essential consultations, advanced treatments, and necessary medications to individuals who often lack access to this level of specialty care.

PAST PROJECTS
Costa Rica - Cartago
A comprehensive medical visit was completed, providing care to over 150 people for pain management and neurological conditions. Our specialists effectively diagnosed and treated various ailments, free of charge.
Colombia - Palmira
During the Christmas season, a meaningful three-day mission was conducted at the "El Señor de los Milagros" Senior Home, where we provided general medicine, pain management, and dental care to over 100 homeless elderly residents. Our professionals efficiently diagnosed and treated various conditions, with all services and medications offered free of cost.
Panamá - International
Thanks to our crucial partnership with the Víctor Villalobos Institute, we successfully hosted a seminar promoting leadership and emotional intelligence for over 500 young people from around the world. This initiative is vital for empowering the next generation of global leaders.
2023
Panama Medical Mission Success (September 2023)
Prescribing Life Foundation, in partnership with a coalition of international volunteers from Surgical Volunteers International, the Lions Club and the Panamanian government, successfully completed a major medical outreach in Penonomé.
Over 10 days, our team delivered a wide range of essential services, including pain management, pediatric care, ultrasounds for prenatal care and more directly impacting 1,222 lives. This initiative represents a significant step toward lasting healthcare improvement in the region.
